Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Present survey and valuation service offerings clearly and confidently
- Follow up with interested customers and address their queries effectively
- Handle objections effectively and close sales professionally
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and structured follow-up pipelines
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in outbound B2C/B2B/D2C sales / telesales
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Confident communicator with a professional phone presence
- Comfortable working UK shift timings
- Target-driven mindset with proven closing ability
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
