Backend Developer
Experience: 1.5–2.5 Years
We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong PHP fundamentals, hands-on Laravel/CakePHP experience, and good knowledge of APIs, databases, debugging, and modern AI-assisted development.
Required Skills
· Core PHP – Strong PHP fundamentals and hands-on experience.
· Laravel / CakePHP – Practical framework experience.
· MySQL – Database design, complex queries, indexing, and optimization.
· OOP & MVC – Strong understanding of OOP principles and MVC architecture.
· REST APIs – Development and integration for web and mobile applications.
· Node.js – Basic understanding.
· Frontend Basics – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
· Git & GitLab – Branching, merging, pull requests, and collaboration.
· Debugging & Optimization – Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
· AI Tools – Practical exposure to Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools.
Soft Skills
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Good problem-solving and analytical skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Strong ownership and focus on quality delivery
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
