Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle customer
inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth order execution.
The role requires regular interaction with customers through field visits ,calls, emails
and WhatsApp to build strong relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries received through email, WhatsApp, and phone
calls.
Prepare and send quotations, product catalogues, and company profiles.
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales orders.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatches and share shipment details
with customers.
Conduct daily customer visits for follow-ups, business development, and
relationship management.
Generate new business opportunities through customer meetings and market
visits.
Follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, orders, and
sales activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
Education :DME/BE Mechanical
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and WhatsApp Business communication.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel for daily customer visits, meetings, and exhibitions.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B industrial sales will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of quotation preparation, order processing, and payment follow-ups.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
