- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable and ensure timely collections and payments.
- Handle GST filing, TDS filing, income tax compliance, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and banks
- Manage customer invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Verify vendor bills, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Track project-wise costs, revenues, and profitability for solar installations.
- Prepare cash flow statements and manage working capital requirements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and vendor accounts regularly.
- Process employee payroll, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
- Maintain records related to loans, bank guarantees, and credit facilities.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
