Job Summary
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks, employee record management, recruitment coordination, and HR operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR processes and maintaining employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Handle employee documentation (contracts, letters, policies)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.)
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience with HR software (HRMS, ATS systems)
- Internship experience in HR
- Certification in HR (like SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
