Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control all ISO-related documents and records.
- Prepare, update, review, and distribute SOPs, policies, formats, work instructions, and manuals.
- Ensure all documents are properly numbered, approved, and version-controlled.
- Maintain the Master List of Documents and Records.
- Coordinate with department heads for document preparation and revision.
- Ensure obsolete documents are withdrawn and archived as per procedure.
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO Management Systems.
- Assist in internal and external ISO audits.
- Track corrective actions (CAPA) and maintain related records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company procedures.
- Maintain training records related to ISO documentation.
- Prepare audit reports, meeting minutes, and compliance reports.
- Monitor document retention and disposal as per company policy.
- Support continuous improvement activities and quality initiatives.
- Ensure easy retrieval and accessibility of documents during audits.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of ISO Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
- Document Control & Record Management
- MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Audit Coordination Skills
Reporting To:
- Quality Manager / ISO Coordinator / Management Representative (MR)
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in ISO Documentation and Quality Systems (preferred)

- Document accuracy and timely updates
- Audit compliance status
- Closure of corrective actions
- Document retrieval time
- Training record compliance
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
