- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues to maintain timelines and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications using component-based architecture.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Lightning components with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
