Job description:
Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location: B-210, 2nd Floor, Elante Offices Industrial Area Phase - 1, Chandigarh
Role Summary:
Engage with potential buyers over calls, explain property offerings, and convert leads into site visits or bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases
- Handle inbound inquiries related to property projects
- Explain project details (pricing, location, amenities, payment plans)
- Generate and qualify leads, and fix site visit appointments
- Follow up regularly with interested customers
- Coordinate with sales/site teams for closures
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of real estate terms and sales process
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate or equivalent (preferred)
- 2–4 years experience in tele sales / real estates.
