Job Description
We are hiring a Concrete Batching Plant Operator to operate and monitor the concrete batching plant. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality concrete as per approved mix designs, ensuring smooth plant operations, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor the concrete batching plant.
* Prepare concrete batches according to approved mix designs.
* Ensure accurate weighing and mixing of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures.
* Monitor production and maintain daily production records.
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of plant equipment.
* Coordinate with production, quality control, and dispatch teams.
* Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Education & Qualifications
* Minimum 10th Pass or 12th Pass.
* ITI (Mechanical/Electrical/Fitter) or Diploma holders will be preferred.
* Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
Experience
* 3–5 years of experience as a Concrete Batching Plant Operator.
* Experience in RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) or concrete batching plant operations is preferred.
* Candidates with hands-on experience in automated batching systems will be given preference.
Required Skills
* Knowledge of concrete batching plant operations.
* Understanding of concrete mix designs and quality control.
* Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
