We are seeking a skilled and motivated Frontend Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable, and user-friendly web interfaces for Quality Management System (QMS)-driven solutions. This role is hands-on and frontend-focused, with a strong emphasis on building intuitive user experiences that support quality processes such as audits, compliance tracking, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), document control, and quality analytics.
You will work closely with backend engineers, quality stakeholders, and product owners to translate regulatory and business requirements into reliable and compliant web solutions.

Join the Web Solutions team, the digital experience arm of DSS (Datacom & Specialty Solutions) >> CSBU (Copper Solutions Business Unit), focused on delivering quality, and manufacturing excellence platforms across Cable Assembly & Connector manufacturing operations. As part of the frontend engineering group, you will help simplify complex quality workflows and data into clear, actionable, and performant user interfaces. We value strong engineering fundamentals, collaboration with domain experts, and a quality-first mindset.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications supporting Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
- Build intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using TypeScript frameworks/ Python (primarily React/Django).
- Develop UI components and screens for QMS modules.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers and quality domain experts to integrate REST APIs and ensure accurate data representation.
- Implement reusable UI components and adhere to established frontend standards and design systems.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest, Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent.
- Optimize application performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility for enterprise users.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure frontend code quality, maintainability, and adherence to security and compliance best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support frontend build, deployment, and release readiness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues related to usability, data handling, and system performance.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for QMS-related features and development processes.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React (or equivalent frameworks).
- Good understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and frontend design patterns.
- Solid knowledge of responsive design principles, usability, and web accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and SDLC practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working on Quality Management Systems (QMS) applications.
- Experience with modern frontend build tools.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.
