Singla Slimming Clinic is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Project Manager to independently lead and manage new clinic development and expansion projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business locations, planning and executing clinic setups, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires someone who can take complete ownership of projects from site identification to clinic launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential locations for new clinics based on market potential, accessibility, demographics, and business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments for proposed clinic locations.
- Manage end-to-end execution of new clinic setup projects, including planning, budgeting, timelines, and implementation.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors for clinic design and development.
- Assist in designing efficient clinic layouts that optimize patient flow, operational efficiency, and brand standards.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate with vendors, and manage procurement for project-related requirements.
- Supervise civil, electrical, interior, signage, furniture, and other fit-out works to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, approvals, and reports.
- Support management in expansion planning and identification of new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields will be preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, clinic/hospital setup, retail expansion, interiors, construction, or related fields.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Experience in vendor management, site development, and project execution.
- Good understanding of layouts, interiors, construction, and commercial property selection.
- Strong negotiation, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project monitoring.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
