We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Executive to identify potential clients, initiate conversations and generate business opportunities for our advertising and marketing services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in outreach activities and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across various industries.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and other prospecting activities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
- Present Speakerbox's services, capabilities and value propositions to prospects.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the marketing and strategy teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on outreach performance.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Basic understanding of advertising, branding, social media and digital marketing services.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
