Accounts and Office Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts and Office Executive to manage daily accounting activities and support general office administration. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting procedures, documentation, office coordination, and communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Handle purchase entries, sales entries, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in GST/TDS filing and statutory compliance.
- Maintain petty cash and monitor office expenses.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients for financial documentation.
Office Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate office maintenance and administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management.
- Support HR and management in daily office operations.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars when needed.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Tally/ERP software preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy.
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts and office administration preferred.
