Identifying training needs and developing training plans and schedules .Coordinating with trainers and subject matter experts to develop training materials. Scheduling training sessions and communicating training details to participants. Developing and implement an all-encompassing counseling plan. Conduct group or individual counseling sessions.

Pay: ₹10,919.55 - ₹35,181.34 per month
