Industrial Engineering (IE) AM / Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IE Manager to improve productivity, efficiency, and manpower utilization across manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for process improvement, line balancing, capacity planning, Kaizen initiatives, and implementing Six Sigma practices to achieve optimum operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct time & motion studies for production processes
- Improve line efficiency and productivity
- Monitor manpower utilization and workflow planning
- Prepare operation bulletins and SMV calculations
- Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
- Apply Six Sigma tools for process improvement and waste reduction
- Analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities
- Reduce bottlenecks, wastage, and operational losses
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Planning teams
- Track daily efficiency and production performance reports
- Ensure smooth execution of IE practices on the production floor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Textile, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong understanding of IE tools, line balancing, and capacity planning
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and production reporting
