JD of Field sales
o Prefferd from Tiles and sanitryware Industry
o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
o Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned territory.
o Promote and sell a range of products, including tiles, sanitary ware, and CP fittings.
· Customer and channel partner management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and clients.
o Conduct regular meetings with dealers, distributors, architects, and plumbers.
o Ensure proper product display and promotional activities are executed at dealer points of sale (POS).
· Territory and reporting:
o Develop and implement sales plans to increase market share in the assigned area.
o Provide daily sales reports (DSR) detailing visits, orders, and market feedback.
· Market intelligence:
o Gather and provide timely market feedback to help the company improve its strategy.
o Identify new opportunities and potential business avenues.
Required skills and qualifications
· Sales experience: Prior experience in field sales, ideally in building materials, tiles, or sanitary ware, is preferred.
· Product knowledge: Knowledge of tiles, bath fittings, and sanitary ware is a significant plus.
· Communication and relationship-building: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with channel partners.
· Travel: The ability to travel extensively within the assigned region is necessary.
Reporting: Proficiency in reporting and data management for daily sales tracking
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
