About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative activities. The role involves handling routine coordination, maintaining records, assisting with client gifting, managing vendor communications, and ensuring smooth execution of various business tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client gifting, deliveries, and special occasion outreach.
- Assist with vendor communication and follow-ups.
- Document management.
- Conduct basic online research when required.
- Coordinate appointments, bookings, and logistics.
- Support the team with routine administrative and back-office activities.
- Execute miscellaneous tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and follow through until completion.
- Positive attitude and willingness to handle diverse responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of experience in administration, operations, coordination, or back-office roles.
- Freshers with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply.
