We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in ticket booking and travel coordination, proficiency in email management, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Salary - 15K to 20K per month
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
- 0–1 years of experience in front office, administration, or executive support roles.
- Experience in travel and ticket booking arrangements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and email management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight, train, hotel, and local transportation bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to security and reception protocols.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports, trackers, and databases using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document dispatch.
- Support administrative and office management activities as required.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Assist departments with coordination and communication-related tasks.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage front desk operations while supporting travel coordination, email communication, and administrative reporting activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
