We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecalling Executives to join Gravins. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and customer database
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi / Local language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus (Freshers can apply)
