Job Overview
AppSquadz is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user behavior and business requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.
- Maintain and enhance design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces following industry best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design methodologies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
