Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding client requirements, and closing sales through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and virtual demos.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
- Coordinate with marketing and support teams to improve customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Familiarity with lead generation and inside sales strategies.
- Knowledge of digital communication tools and online sales platforms.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
