1. Customer Service & Point of Sale (POS)
- Greeting: Welcome guests warmly, offering a friendly, fast, and professional first impression.
- Order Taking: Accurately key in orders on the POS system and process cash or card payments.
- Upselling & Recommendations: Assist guests with menu choices, answer questions about ingredients, and promote current deals.
- Guest Recovery: Handle complaints positively, resolve issues quickly, or escalate to a manager when necessary.
2. Food Preparation & Assembly
- Recipe Execution: Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to guarantee consistency.
- Assembly: Assemble food and beverage orders rapidly while maintaining quality checks for freshness.
- Drive-Thru / Delivery Fulfillment: Package items neatly and hand them off to customers or delivery drivers efficiently.
3. Safety, Hygiene, & Sanitation
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to local health department guidelines and food safety regulations.
- Cleaning Duty: Sanitize workstations, equipment, and dining areas before, during, and after shifts.
- Temperature & Storage: Monitor holding temperatures and ensure all perishable items are labeled, dated, and rotated properly.
4. Operations & Teamwork
- Inventory & Stocking: Restock serving stations, condiments, and packaging supplies, reporting shortages to management.
- Cross-Training: Train new hires and rotate between different stations (e.g., cashier, fry station, grill, drive-thru) to maintain operational flexibility.
- Communication: Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth order flow during peak rush periods.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
