Job Brief
We are looking for a friendly and confident person who loves talking to people.
In this role, you will speak with travellers after their trip. You will ask them to share their reviews and help grow our business through calls.
This is a sales role. Your voice will help build trust and bring more customers.
Responsibilities
- Call travellers and ask them to share their reviews
- Make outbound sales calls and follow up with customers
- Answer incoming office calls in a polite way
- Speak for different brands with the right tone
- Build a good connection with every person you talk to
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or voice process
- Strong speaking skills in Tamil and English (Must)
- Hindi or Telugu is a plus
- Confident, friendly, and clear voice
- Comfortable making many calls every day
- Positive attitude and sales mindset
