Position: Electrical Technician - Busbar Production*
Location: Balanagar, Shadnagar, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical

*Job Description:*
Fabricate, cut, bend, drill, punch, and assemble copper and aluminum busbars according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, GA drawings, busbar layouts, and BOMs.
Install and fit busbars in LT/HT panels, switchgear assemblies, PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD panels, and distribution boards.
Ensure proper busbar alignment, insulation, phase segregation, spacing, earthing, and fastening.
Operate busbar cutting, bending, punching, and drilling machines safely and efficiently.
Perform busbar assembly inspections, torque tightening, continuity checks, and quality verification.
Support panel testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Maintain production records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Follow all company safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to achieve project schedules and delivery targets.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
