Growth Marketing Executive – Mobile Apps & Games
Experience: 1–4 Years
We're looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Executive to scale our mobile apps and games through paid marketing, user acquisition, and App Store Optimization (ASO). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and mobile growth campaigns while using analytics to improve installs, retention, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize User Acquisition (UA) campaigns for mobile apps and games.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads (UAC), Meta Ads, AdMob, and other ad networks.
- Develop and implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies for Google Play Store.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, creatives, budgets, and bidding.
- Track and analyze KPIs including CPI, CTR, CPM, ROAS, Retention, ARPU, and LTV.
- Manage app releases, ratings, reviews, and performance through Google Play Console.
- Conduct competitor research and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to improve campaign performance and app growth.
