Performance Marketer

About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels. You'll own the full funnel — from ad spend and targeting to conversion tracking and ROI — and work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to scale growth efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms
- Own budget allocation and bidding strategy to hit CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets
- Continuously test ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages through structured A/B and multivariate testing
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations
- Build and maintain dashboards/reports on key metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.)
- Collaborate with design/content teams to produce high-performing ad creative
- Manage tracking infrastructure (UTM conventions, pixels, conversion APIs) in partnership with analytics/engineering
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new channels and opportunities
- Forecast spend and performance, and report results to leadership
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
- Proven track record managing paid campaigns with measurable budgets (specify range, e.g. $XXk–$XXXk/month)
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one other platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.)
- Solid understanding of attribution, tracking, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, or similar)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets/SQL for analysis; Excel/Sheets proficiency required
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Excellent written communication for ad copy and reporting
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Experience in [your industry, e.g. e-commerce, SaaS, fintech]
- Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
