Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and project scope.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and their integration with SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP EWM modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP EWM environments.
- Familiarity with SAP integration techniques and data flow between SAP EWM and other SAP modules.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in application design and deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
