Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who can take complete ownership of projects, write clean and scalable code, guide junior developers, and collaborate closely with the product, design, and management teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, practical development experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Work on frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, secure, and optimized code.
- Review code and guide junior developers.
- Handle debugging, testing, performance optimization, and deployment support.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules and projects.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow coding standards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Good knowledge of React.js / Next.js.
- Backend experience with Node.js / Express.js / NestJS.
- Database knowledge: MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL / Firebase.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of Git, GitHub, deployment, and basic DevOps.
- Ability to write clean, secure, and scalable code.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with React Native / Flutter.
- Knowledge of AWS, Firebase, Docker, Nginx, PM2, or CI/CD.
- Experience with AI APIs, payment gateways, CRM, ERP, fintech, or SaaS products.
- Team handling or mentoring experience.
Qualification
- B.Tech / MCA / BCA / Computer Science background preferred.
- Practical experience and a strong portfolio will be highly valued.
