Job Description
- Set up and operate CNC turning / Turn-Mill machines for complex precision components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T callouts, and work instructions
- Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and program edits as required
- Conduct first-off part inspection and make necessary corrections before production runs
- Monitor in-process quality using measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, CMM, etc.)
- Maintain awareness of cutting tool life and select appropriate tooling for operations
- Adhere to process parameters and ensure components are machined within specified tolerances
- Identify and report any non-conformances or deviations to the supervisor
- Maintain 5S standards and machine cleanliness in the work area
- Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and documentation requirements
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
