We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist (SEO, Website & Inbound) who can drive end-to-end organic growth and lead generation. This role goes beyond traditional SEO-focusing on website strategy, user experience, content, and inbound marketing to attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads.
You will work closely with product, and design teams to make the website a primary growth engine for the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify target audience segments, search intent, and user journeys
- Plan initiatives to improve traffic, engagement, and lead conversion
2. Website Strategy & Optimization
- Own website structure, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Collaborate with UI/UX and development teams to enhance user experience and performance
- Optimize page speed, navigation, and mobile responsiveness
- Continuously improve conversion rates (CRO)
3. SEO (On-page, Technical & Off-page)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Optimize website pages, metadata, internal linking, and content structure
- Work on technical SEO (indexing, crawlability, schema, site health)
- Plan and execute backlink strategies
4. Content & Inbound Marketing
- Plan and manage SEO-driven content (blogs, landing pages, case studies)
- Work with content writers/designers to deliver high-quality, optimized content
- Develop inbound campaigns to attract and nurture leads
- Align content strategy with buyer journey and business goals
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Monitor key metrics: traffic, rankings, bounce rate, conversions, and leads
- Generate insights and continuously optimize campaigns based on data
6. Lead Generation & Conversion Focus
- Ensure all organic initiatives contribute to qualified lead generation
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion paths
- Work with CRM team to track lead quality and funnel performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in SEO, inbound marketing, or growth roles
- Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, and content marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Experience managing or working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
