We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead for our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the study abroad industry, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to manage and motivate a team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the branch
- Lead, train, and monitor the counseling and admissions team
- Drive student registrations, applications, and conversions
- Ensure excellent student and parent support throughout the admission process
- Monitor team performance and achieve targets
- Develop business growth strategies and local marketing initiatives
- Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and partner institutions
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
