Victory Cineworld is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and support our growing creative team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and talent acquisition
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems
- Oversee payroll coordination, compliance, and statutory requirements
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Mentor and guide the HR team
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of HR experience, with leadership exposure
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance
- Experience in media, production, or creative industry preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to align HR strategy with business goals
