Job Summary :
We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management to provide advanced technical support, maintain enterprise IT systems, and ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT services. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience managing Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud technologies, and the ability to support end users while contributing to infrastructure improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and cloud infrastructure.
- Perform system updates, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery activities.
- Ensure endpoint security and compliance with IT policies.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Mentor junior support engineers and participate in IT infrastructure projects.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.
- Experience with networking concepts, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and endpoint management tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
- Knowledge of IT security, backup solutions, and patch management.
- Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge is an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
