- We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and leading strategic sales initiatives to strengthen the company's market position.

- Business Development & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers, projects, builders, contractors, developers, and institutional clients.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Expand business opportunities within assigned territories and markets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, project managers, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and issue resolution.
- Manage and retain key accounts for long-term business growth.
- Project & Institutional Sales
- Drive sales for large construction projects and infrastructure developments.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to secure product approvals and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely order conversion and execution.
- Develop relationships with government bodies, contractors, and procurement teams wherever applicable.
- Revenue & Target Achievement
- Consistently achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure effective pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Market Development
- Identify emerging market trends and customer demands.
- Recommend new sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Build brand visibility and awareness in the target market.
- Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless order execution.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM updates.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Civil
- Engineering, or related field.
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth. Experience in Concrete, RMC, WC Cement, Construction Materials,Building Products, Concrete Block or Tiles Industry or Real Estate sales preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
