Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Data Management
- Collect, verify, and maintain data from various departments.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Update databases regularly and maintain proper records.
- Report Generation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate sales, inventory, attendance, HR, finance, and operational reports.
- Share reports with management within the defined timelines.
- Data Analysis
- Analyze business data to identify trends, variances, and performance indicators.
- Provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Highlight discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Dashboard Management
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools.
- Track KPIs and present data in a user-friendly format.
- Database Maintenance
- Maintain master data for products, customers, employees, vendors, and sales.
- Ensure timely updates and data integrity.
- Excel & Automation
- Create advanced Excel reports using:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- Power Query
- Macros (preferred)
- Automate repetitive reporting processes.
- Sales MIS
- Prepare region-wise and ASM-wise sales reports.
- Track primary and secondary sales.
- Monitor target vs. achievement reports.
- Analyze sales performance by product category.
- Inventory & Stock Reporting
- Monitor warehouse inventory.
- Generate stock ageing and stock movement reports.
- Track inventory shortages and excess stock.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, Accounts, Warehouse, and Management teams for data collection.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of business data.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of reports.
- Follow company policies regarding data security.
- System Support
- Assist users with ERP/MIS-related issues.
- Ensure timely updates in ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with software vendors when required.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track departmental KPIs.
- Prepare variance and performance analysis reports.
- Present findings to management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
