We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to foster the intellectual, social, emotional and physical development of young learners. The role involves planning, implementing, and assessing engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that promote curiosity and holistic growth. The ideal candidate will teach with patience, creativity, and compassion, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Key responsibilities include developing effective lesson plans, utilizing interactive teaching methods and activities to inspire learning, and supporting each child's individual developmental needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and implement a comprehensive kindergarten curriculum in accordance with the school's / Board’s academic framework.
- Foster the development of early literacy, numeracy, personal, social and emotional skills
- Create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment using a variety of age-appropriate instructional methods, including storytelling, songs, art and craft, etc
- Monitor, assess, and document each child's academic and developmental progress, providing timely support where required.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with parents regarding students' progress
- Participate actively in school events, professional development programmes, and collaborative planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education (NTT), Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Diploma in Montessori Education, or any other recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is desirable; candidates with a Specialisation in Early Childhood Education will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
