The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and developing artwork for corrugated packaging products, including RSC boxes, die-cut cartons, PDQs, retail-ready packaging (RRP), shelf-ready packaging (SRP), partitions, fitments, and other corrugated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Artwork Development
- Design and develop customer artwork for corrugated boxes and packaging products.
- Create print-ready files based on customer requirements.
- Modify existing artwork as per customer revisions.
- Ensure artwork complies with brand guidelines and customer specifications.
2. Customer Coordination
- Communicate with customers regarding artwork approvals.
- Clarify technical requirements before artwork finalization.
- Provide artwork previews and mock-ups for customer approval.
- Support the Sales team during new product development.
3. Production Support
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams.
- Ensure correct print orientation, color sequence, and registration.
- Verify artwork before production release.
- Resolve artwork-related production issues.
4. New Product Development
- Develop innovative packaging concepts.
- Design PDQs, shelf-ready packaging, and promotional displays.
- Prepare 3D mock-ups and presentation samples.
- Suggest cost-effective packaging improvements.
Software Skills
- Adobe Illustrator (Expert)

- AutoCAD (Basic knowledge preferred)
