Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning content, increasing engagement, building brand awareness, and generating leads through effective social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow the company's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
* Create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
* Develop engaging content ideas, reels, stories, and campaigns to increase audience engagement.
* Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
* Monitor social media trends and implement innovative ideas to improve performance.
* Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
* Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
* Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms and other social channels.
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, services, offers, and events.
* Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns when required.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
* Experience with Meta Business Suite, content scheduling tools, and social media analytics.
* Knowledge of social media KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, CTR, and conversions.
* Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.
* Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Candidate must have their own laptop and a stable internet connection.
