Job Summary
The Business Development Executive (Field Sales) is responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, promoting the company's products or services, and achieving assigned sales targets through regular field visits.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Field Sales
- Conduct daily customer visits and sales meetings.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Share market feedback with the management team.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of daily sales visits, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.

- Industry : Retail / Furniture or home decor/ jewellery Preferred .
