Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and organized Centre Coordinator to support the daily operations of the centre and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for beneficiaries and their families.
The Centre Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for families at the centre and plays a vital role in maintaining centre operations, documentation, inventory, beneficiary support, volunteer coordination, and overall facility management.
Key ResponsibilitiesCentre Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily centre activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and discipline throughout the centre.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, gardening, and other support services.
- Monitor facility maintenance and report issues promptly.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of essential services and supplies.
Beneficiary & Family Support
- Assist beneficiaries and families during admissions and orientation.
- Provide day-to-day support and address routine concerns.
- Maintain a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment.
- Ensure compliance with centre rules and safety guidelines.
- Escalate issues requiring management intervention.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain attendance records, registers, visitor logs, and daily reports.
- Update inventory and stock records regularly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure records are audit-ready.
- Assist in data collection and reporting activities.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Monitor groceries, consumables, and operational supplies.
- Conduct routine stock verification and inventory checks.
- Maintain records of assets and donated materials.
- Ensure proper utilization and storage of resources.
Volunteer & Event Coordination
- Support volunteer activities, awareness programs, and centre events.
- Assist in organizing celebrations, workshops, and community activities.
- Maintain volunteer attendance records and related documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for centre programs and activities.
Teaching & Counselling Support
- Coordinate schedules for teachers and counsellors.
- Ensure beneficiaries attend educational and counselling sessions.
- Maintain a conducive environment for learning and counselling activities.
- Provide feedback regarding participation and engagement.
Safety & Emergency Preparedness
- Monitor safety measures and security protocols.
- Maintain first-aid kits, emergency supplies, and safety equipment.
- Assist during emergency situations and drills.
- Ensure safe use of common areas and facilities.
Acting Centre Support
- Support centre operations in the absence of the Centre Manager.
- Ensure continuity of daily activities and service delivery.
- Escalate urgent concerns to the appropriate authority when required.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Relevant experience in administration, hospitality, facility management, NGO operations, healthcare support, or community services will be an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
