Job Responsibility:-
1. Case History Work up.
2. Detailed Family Assessment
3. Detailed Psycho Social Assessment of the patient including functional capacity and vocational assessment
4. Psycho Social Formulation and Care Plan for the patient
5. Rehabilitation of the patient
6. Individual and Group Sessions
7. Family and Couple’s Therapy
8. Providing Recreational Therapies
9. Program planning and development of patient’s daily activities and group therapies.
10. Occupational/Vocational Therapy
11. Devising Discharge and Post Discharge Care Plans in consensus with the multidisciplinary team.
12. Providing Referral Services
13. Providing education and resources
14. Providing guidance in terms of government rules and regulations and privileges for mental health patients.
15. Upholding Human Right of Psychiatric Patients
16. Conducting Workshop and Awareness programs in the community.
17. Conducting Workshops and Promoting Mental Wellness in school, colleges, industries and workplace.
18. Providing relevant trainings to staff as well juniors
19. Maintaining records as per the organisational requirement
20. Responsible for all other necessary compliance related documentation or process flows with regards to Accreditation standards and patient safety.
Note: This role require to visit the patients personally along with team to counsel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doraha, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
