We are looking for highly motivated QA Freshers who are passionate about software quality, eager to learn modern testing methodologies, and interested in gradually growing into UI development using Angular or React.
This internship is designed for freshers who are willing to work on real-world projects while learning industry-standard development and testing practices.
Internship Overview
During the first three months, your primary responsibility will be Quality Assurance (QA) activities. You will work closely with our development and product teams to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our applications.
Alongside your QA responsibilities, you will receive structured training in Angular or React to prepare you for future UI development responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
Manual Testing
- Execute manual testing for web applications.
- Validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Verify UI consistency across browsers and devices.
- Validate end-to-end business workflows.
Automation Testing
- Learn and execute automation testing under mentor guidance.
- Write and maintain automation test scripts.
- Execute automated test suites.
- Identify and report automation failures.
API Testing
- Perform REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Validate request and response payloads.
- Verify API authentication, status codes, and business logic.
Database Validation
- Execute SQL queries for backend validation.
- Verify database records after application transactions.
- Validate data integrity and consistency.
Bug Reporting & Tracking
- Create detailed bug reports with reproducible steps.
- Track defects using JIRA.
- Retest resolved issues.
- Work closely with developers throughout the defect lifecycle.
UI Validation
- Verify responsive layouts.
- Validate UI components against design requirements.
- Test cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure consistent user experience.
Documentation
- Prepare test cases and test scenarios.
- Maintain test execution reports.
- Document defects clearly.
- Share daily status reports.
- Maintain QA documentation.
Learning & Development
Along with project work, you will receive structured training in:
- Angular or React
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- Git
- UI Development Best Practices
The objective is to gradually prepare you for UI development responsibilities while building a strong foundation in Quality Assurance.
Daily Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Attend daily Scrum meetings.
- Participate in Sprint Planning.
- Participate in Sprint Reviews.
- Participate in Sprint Retrospectives.
- Update JIRA tasks regularly.
- Share daily work updates.
- Coordinate with developers, product owners, and mentors.
- Complete assigned tasks within committed timelines.
- Continuously learn and improve technical skills.
Work Commitment this is a full-time remote internship.
We expect interns to:
- Commit 8 working hours per day.
- Be available during official working hours.
- Attend all scheduled meetings without exception.
- Respond promptly to team communications.
- Maintain professionalism while working remotely.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate discipline, consistency, and accountability.
This internship is intended for candidates who are serious about building a long-term career in software development and quality assurance.
Skills We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript or Java preferred).
- Familiarity with SQL is an advantage.
- Understanding of REST APIs is a plus.
- Knowledge of Git is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
