Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company software and records.
- Perform data entry in Tally Prime for sales, purchases, invoices, and stock transactions.
- Prepare and update invoices, vouchers, and other business documents.
- Maintain digital and physical records systematically.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering into the system.
- Generate reports using Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, and Warehouse teams for data updates.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records.
- Assist in filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of accounting entries and invoicing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
