Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales/Marketing Executive to drive business growth by promoting our products/services and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a mix of marketing creativity, sales skills, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain and update the sales database and CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Promote products/services through online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with content, social media, and advertising teams.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to increase brand visibility.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident in presenting ideas.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Analytical mindset for understanding market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic digital marketing tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in sales/marketing is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Certification in digital marketing is an added advantage.
