Key Accountabilities:
- Work with clients on implementations of the financial ERP or HRMS application, for example to – Define and document client requirements, Draft and agree project plans and fee quotes
- Manage and provide professional services for implementation of the software as required during the entire project lifecycle from scoping the client's requirements, reconciling returns and other filings, report customizations, through to rolling out the solution to end users and providing post-implementation support,
- Provide training for users of the software and develop training materials
- Provide input into the sales process
- providing inputs and preparing of RFP‘s or Bid proposals
- Maintain regular communication with implementation manager and product teams to discuss support issues and feature requests
- Independently handling Accounts and also managing a Team Reporting on Project
- Responsibility for others (direct/indirect):Direct reports, however there is likely to be a requirement to review others' work and provide feedback.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Sage X3, Odoo experience will be preferred not mandatory
- Essential - Experience of completing/ reviewing inputs done by team/clients
- Working knowledge of a variety of different tax systems
- Good project management, training and communication skills
- Ability to define creative and flexible solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- A methodical approach to work, problem solving and troubleshooting
- Ability to use own initiative and good attention to detail
