About the Role
We are seeking a
Staff Program Manager to lead the launch and scale of complex data collection programs that power AI, machine learning, and robotics initiatives. The role is to lead the solutioning, launch of new data collection programs, and pilot execution that support AI, machine learning, robotics, mapping, and other emerging technologies. learning, and robotics initiatives. The Staff PgM will design operating models, validate feasibility, run pilots, and establish launch readiness. The ideal candidate is a builder who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, designing new programs from scratch, and proving out innovative collection methodologies.
- What You Will Do -
Program Solutioning & Design
- Translate customer requirements into scalable data collection solutions, operating models, and quality frameworks.
- Assess feasibility, costs, risks, and execution dependencies for new opportunities.
Program Launch
- Drive launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Supply teams.
- Develop launch playbooks, processes, and handoff plans for execution teams.
Pilot Execution
- Own end-to-end pilot delivery, including planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and success measurement.
- Validate collection methodologies, tooling, and operational assumptions through pilots.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary lead during solutioning, pilot, and launch phases.
- Manage customer communications, executive reviews, and cross-functional alignment.
Continuous Improvement
Capture pilot learnings and build reusable frameworks, processes, and tools to accelerate future program launches.
- What You Will Need -
- 9+ years of experience in program management, operations, strategy, or related fields.
- Experience launching new products, programs, or operational initiatives from concept to production.
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications -
- Experience in AI/ML data collection, robotics, autonomous systems, marketplace operations, mapping, or field operations.
- Experience running pilots, proofs-of-concept, and new market launches.
Experience working in a high-energy startup
