- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with access control frameworks and authentication protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to identity and access management systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in access management.
- Ability to analyze logs and system data to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration of IAM solutions within enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
