Job Title: Full-Time Physiotherapist – Home Visit

Job Description:
PhysioCares RRT is looking for a dedicated and full-time Physiotherapist to manage home visit physiotherapy services. The candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting patient home visits, monitoring treatment progress, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physiotherapy sessions at patients' homes.
- Assess patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Schedule and manage home visits and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and progress reports.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team regarding patient care and recovery.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and their caregivers.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, rehabilitation, and preventive care.
- Ensure timely communication regarding patient progress and follow-up requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT).
- Full-time availability.
- Strong clinical knowledge and practical physiotherapy skills.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage patient follow-ups and maintain long-term patient relationships.
- Responsible, organized, and compassionate approach to patient care.
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
