Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection / PVC moulding machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
- Inspect machines regularly and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
- Repair or replace defective machine components.
- Maintain moulds, hot runner systems, and auxiliary equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the maintenance area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and TPM activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
