The Opportunity
This isn't a traditional sales role. You will be the critical link between our high-level engineering teams in Europe and the advanced manufacturing ecosystem in India.
What You’ll Do:
- Global Collaboration: Work daily with European teams to align on technical specs and quality benchmarks.
- Consultative Growth: Identify and secure high-value partnerships for engineering and outsourced manufacturing.
- International Presence: Travel (30-40%) to the US and Europe for client workshops and site audits.
- Impact: Play a foundational role in a lean, fast-paced global startup.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in ER&D, Contract Manufacturing, or Industrial Consulting.
- A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (CTOs, VP Operations).
- An entrepreneurial mindset ready to build a business function from the ground up.
